TRM is designed to help a person get out of the shock and back into the mind and body.
Brainspotting helps to get what is underneath. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) works using side to side stimulation of the left side and right side of the brain. The stimulation causes integration of the feelings.
